Antworks Community is a collaborative freelance consultancy service from Helen Jones. Our mission is to provide high quality, value-based mentoring and practical support to individuals and organisations working to deliver social inclusion and social justice. We provide independent insight and support to individuals and groups of people, at work or as volunteers, working for positive change for people and the environment.

My lived experience fuels my commitment to social change and compassionate advocacy. I have spent the last two decades in community and civil society leadership and management.

I have extensive practical insight and experience including community development and movement building; organisational development, governance and sustainability, campaigns and influencing, community based research and engagement.

I am able to navigate the intricate UK landscape of social infrastructure, civil society and social enterprise, supporting leaders to build and maintain expertly governed organisations, collaborations and projects; delivering social and systemic change.
